NPS Ranger Program
Join this NPS Ranger led Program!
Meet at Saddlehorn Picnic Area to bring your journey of exploring and learning about our night skies through telescopes and programs.
- If driving, please arrive before the start of the event. Parking is limited & carpooling is advised. The parking area closes at 9:30pm to prevent headlights from interfering with the program and visitor’s night vision. Locations to other parking will be provided.
- If walking, point flashlight/headlamp towards the ground if red lens isn’t used.
- Bringing pets is not recommended due to safety concerns.
- Bring a chair and insect repellent for your comfort.
