Ayurveda -the Science of Life, is a preventative integrative model of medicine all about living in accord with nature and finding balance.

Join Tarna Jones, a Registered Respiratory Therapist, for a 3 part series to learn about doshas, their elements & discovering your own dosha and specific lifestyle guidelines.

This is a 3 part series, you can sign up for one class or join us for all of them.
