Meditation Hike

Join Bryan Whitt on a slow-paced hike focused on meditation. Bring your own Mala or borrow one. You will learn how to turn your hikes into a walking meditation. Meet at Devil’s Kitchen Picnic Shelter. Bryan is a lifetime student of yoga disabled and a veteran who has found healing and purpose through yoga and meditation.
