Experience an enchanting evening of live piano music at Monument Vista Place (MVP), where beautiful melodies and community generosity come together to create a legacy of community, conservation, and collaboration for future generations.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy incredible performances and make a difference.

With limited space available at this stunning venue, be sure to secure your ticket today. Thanks to a generous matching fund, all donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $750,000, doubling the impact of every contribution. This a critical time to support the Confluence Center! Contributions will directly fund the construction, initial operations, and sustainability of the Center, ensuring its long-term success as a hub for education, collaboration, and conservation.

Event Schedule:

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Mingle and enjoy refreshments to include a wine experience from Restoration Vineyards.
  • 5:00 PM: Confluence Center of Colorado Presentation
  • 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM: Live Piano Performance by Kathryn Mientka Farruggia with accompaniment by Classical Guitarist Javier de los Santos
  • 6:30 PM: Event concludes

*Business casual dress is encouraged.

Featuring Kathryn Mientka Farruggia & Special Guest Javier de los Santos

Enjoy a captivating performance by critically acclaimed pianist Kathryn Mientka Farruggia.

Kathryn Mientka Farruggia, an acclaimed pianist, has performed internationally with the Mientka Duo, featured on NPR, PBS, and at the National Gallery of Art. Holding a Master’s in Music Performance from USC, she has taught at universities, directed concert series, and championed the DS 5.5 narrow-keys keyboard. Kathryn currently teaches piano and music theory at Colorado Mesa University. Read Kathryn’s fill bio here.

 

Pianist, Kathryn Mientka Farruggia

 

Classical Guitarist Javier de los Santos will accompany Kathryn for this performance.

Javier de los Santos holds a Master of Music in Guitar Performance from the University of Denver and has studied with renowned maestros worldwide. He has performed extensively, including with Pepe Romero and various symphonies. Based in Grand Junction, CO, Javier teaches at Colorado Mesa University, directs music at St. Joseph Catholic Church, and leads the Western Colorado Guitar Society and Mariachi San Jose. Read Javier’s full bio here.
